Do you offer free shipping?

- All USA orders have free shipping. This may exclude some custom orders (we would let you know). 

 

Can I have custom logos or text carved into my flag?

- Absolutely! We have state of the art CNC machines ready to carve anything you could want. If you want a custom flag, please contact us via our custom order page. It is a very easy process.

 

Sticker Swap?

- We love swapping stickers with fellow makers. The easiest way to make this happen is to DM us on Instagram @broadshoulderswoodworks and we will send you our address. 

Don't have a sticker to swap but still want one of ours? Good news! We have them for sale in our store under the apparel section. 

 

Returns

- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. That does not mean we won't work with you to correct any issues, damage, or items you are unhappy with. Just send us an email via our contact page with your order number.
